You know that your body shouldn’t feel this way. And you’re right. It shouldn’t. And it doesn’t have to. 

Imagine how good it would feel….

⇒   To spend your weekend gardening and wake up on Monday with your knees and back feeling they way they did on Friday.

⇒   Going shopping and never having to worry about being too far away from the bathroom.

⇒   Keeping up with your grandkids, even when they jump on you.

⇒   Being 100% confident that your body will work right and feel right so that you can get out there and enjoy the life you love!

Your body needs movement the same way that it needs food and water.

If you’re a modern human, your body is simply not getting the right movement diet, and that’s why it hurts.

You’re dreaming of a future that’s not limited by your body.

You want to stay active, engaged and feeling great for your entire life.

You just don’t believe that surgery and pain pills are the answer.

After four years of working with clients (and my own body), I know this is a dream we share.

Making that dream a reality isn’t about crazy medical technology. It’s about learning how to heal and nurture your body with better – more nutritious – movement.

And, honestly, it’s about hard work and commitment too.

Although doing even a little bit will deliver benefits, this approach takes time and dedication to get the best results. In return, it delivers real, life long wellness.

But at it’s heart, it’s not complicated.

I’m going to teach you three things.


First, I’m going to use simple (but not easy) exercises to help you reset and restore your body.

These exercise will help you learn to see how you really move.

You’ll quickly discover that some parts of you do everything while others have checked out completely.

As soon you can see how you actually move, you’ll be able to start making changes.

These exercises also help your body become more healthy by restoring strength, mobility and balance and activating muscles that you rarely use.

You’ll discover your butt, build a responsive core, strengthen (and lengthen) your pelvic floor, awaken your feet, let go of unhealthy tension, learn how to breath, strengthen your bones, and nourish your joints. Just for a start!


Second, I’m going to teach you how to take your new movement skills out of the studio and into your regular, daily life. 

You’ll learn how to stand better, sit better, and how to stop doing wonky stuff that causes wear and tear.

No matter how much time you spend exercising, you spend way more time just living. Get the full impact of healthy movement by changing your daily movement habits.


Third, I’m going to help you integrate whole body movement into your daily life. 

Your body needs to walk, squat and hang (or swing) in order to work at its best. These three movement macronutrients are the fat, protein and carbohydrates of the movement world. Your body also needs the variety that only the natural world provides.

This is not optional if you want to maintain life long vibrant health.

I’ll help you develop a movement practice that integrates these three core movements into your daily life, safely and carefully, and allows your body to adapt to the challenge of moving outdoors on natural terrain.
