This small group intensive is based on the revolutionary book Move Your DNA, by Katy Bowman. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of what Nutritious Movement really means, how the exercises work, and how to structure your personal practice.This workshop is for every level of mover – Reading Move Your DNA is the only pre-requisite – and highly recommended anyway, it’s a great book!

We couldn’t resist a visit to Toronto before we head down to Patagonia. I don’t know when I’ll be teaching in Canada again so this is your chance!
