We help people in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond get moving again – without the pain, without the overwhelm, and without giving up the activities they love. Through online courses and a supportive membership community, we teach science-backed, whole-body movement that actually works.

Our founder Petra is a former corporate lawyer who healed her own chronic pain through movement, and now teaches thousands of students worldwide. Our brand is warm, human, and grounded in real results – we don’t do gimmicks, and we genuinely care about every person who reaches out to us.

About This Role

We’re looking for someone to be the first point of contact for our community – responding to Instagram DMs and comments, Facebook messages, YouTube comments, and customer support emails. You’ll essentially be Petra’s voice, which means you need to write beautifully, think on your feet, and genuinely care about helping people feel better in their bodies.

This isn’t a role where you follow a script. Our students are dealing with real pain, real frustrations, and real hope that movement can change their lives. They deserve thoughtful, personalized responses – not copy-paste replies. You’ll have an answer bank and AI tools to help you, but you’ll need the judgment to know when to use them and when a situation needs something more.

Who You Are

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Writes with warmth, clarity, and personality – your emails make people feel heard, not processed
  • Figures things out – you don’t wait to be told what to do when something needs doing
  • Notices the details – typos bother you, inconsistencies bug you, and you catch things others miss
  • Genuinely cares about people – customer service isn’t just a job to you, it’s a chance to make someone’s day better
  • Wants to grow – you’re excited by the idea of taking on more responsibility as you prove yourself
  • Has some connection to movement, wellness, or the body – maybe you’re a yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, massage therapist, or just someone who’s deeply curious about how bodies work

 

What You’ll Do

  • Social media engagement (approximately 60%): Respond to Instagram DMs and comments, Facebook messages, and YouTube comments in Petra’s voice. Know when you can handle something yourself and when to flag it for Petra.
  • Email support (approximately 40%): Triage and respond to customer emails – billing questions, tech issues, course access problems, and general inquiries. Escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Testimonial collection: Spot great feedback in comments and messages, and collect it for marketing use.
  • Growth opportunities: As you master the basics, you’ll have opportunities to help with launches, content management, research, and systems improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Exceptional written English – you write naturally, not robotically
  • Able to handle messages daily, including weekends (with days off during the week to compensate). Ideally, the inbox is cleared before 9am Eastern Time each day.
  • Comfortable with Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook), Google Docs, and willing to learn new tools
  • Reliable internet 
  • Previous customer service or community management experience (movement/wellness industry a strong plus)

 

Tools We Use

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Drive, Trello, Drip (email), Thinkific, Searchie (course platform), Canva, Calendly, Stripe, and Thrivecart. You don’t need experience with all of these – just the ability to learn.

  • Hours: 10-20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow
  • Compensation: $25-50/hour USD, depending on experience
  • Location: Remote – UK, Australia, or New Zealand preferred
  • Type: Independent contractor
