This two day intensive weekend workshop is an unforgettable movement experience. You’ll explore all the exercises in Katy Bowman’s landmark book, Move Your DNA, and gain new levels of understanding and movement insight. You’ll make new friends, you’ll laugh, and you’ll get to understand your body like never before!
Move Your DNA weekends include:
- thirteen hours of instruction over two days
- practice of 40 MYDNA exercises
- small group training (1:10 instructor/student ratio)
- minimal footwear/barefoot experience
- introductory gait experience
- connection with other lovers of alignment and natural movement
