Hi! I’m Petra, your movement coach!

20 years ago, I was told I would wear orthotics for the rest of my life.

Plantar fasciitis, bunions, stiff toes, pelvic floor issues, shin splints, and consistent injuries. You name it, I had it.

That’s what 15-hour days as an overworked lawyer will do for you!

To change my body, I had to change my entire life. And so I did, one movement at a time.

Today, you’ll find me trekking the world barefoot, always taking the scenic route.
