You’ll learn how to prep your shoulders to hold your body weight in a gentle and safe way, strengthen and mobilize your chest, spine and shoulders, and get the benefits of full hanging.
All you need is some items you probably already have at home — a folded blanket, a soup can, a book and a solid doorway. The workshop will show you how to prepare your body for hanging so you won’t need much gear.
